Our residents are at the heart of everything we do. Tailor-made support packages are shaped by the individual to ensure we achieve the intended outcomes.
Following referral, we conduct a thorough needs and risk assessment to enable the development of a personalised support plan which will highlight the individual needs of every applicant and allow us to provide a program of specialist support with intensive housing management.
All applicants are assessed to determine their suitability based on the level of risk and in accordance with our allocations and lettings policy.
The assessment includes the individual level of need and risk to self, others and the property. All applicants assessed as low risk will be part of our service on average for between 3 months to 2 years in preparation for living independently.
We work with specialist agencies to support residents, to encourage and enable sustainable, independent living.
Our aim is to empower individuals to develop the necessary skills through a program of high quality support and educational opportunities, to successfully sustain their own tenancy move onto general needs housing accommodation that requires minimal support.
We follow the National Statement of Expectation for Supported Housing to manage and deliver high level supported living accommodation.
We welcome referrals, and are always happy to discuss and review individual cases.
Our aim is to build our property portfolio, and support more people through London and the South East live independently. We actively encourage landlords to connect with us. If you are looking to secure new tenants, or support with existing set up, please get in touch!
We rely on donations and funding to keep our projects and programmes alive, widening our reach and deepening our impact.
