Jade was passionate about helping young people reach their potential, and achieve their ambitions. We work with vulnerable young adults to establish strong foundations and roots from which to grow.

The 'Re-root Project' provides second chances and opportunity to make different choices to help reroute life's direction.

Holistic support
Our aim is to help young people live independently and successfully. We partner with specialist third party agencies and stakeholders to deliver a holistic support service, including training, and employment opportunities.
An alternative route
We provide support for young people to access safe and secure housing and resettle back into the community either as a result of transitioning from Local Authority social care, homelessness or or leaving custody.
